South Park Village is extremely pet-friendly! With no breed or weight restrictions, we welcome up to two pets per apartment home. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply, and all dogs participate in our DNA program to help keep our community clean, green, and enjoyable for everyone.

Paying rent is simple and convenient. Residents can easily make payments through the Rent Café portal on any device using a credit or debit card, bank account, or auto-draft. We also offer Flex, giving you the option to split your rent into two manageable monthly payments.

South Park Village offers a prime location with convenient access to nearby cities, including Fayetteville, just 30 minutes away, and Raleigh and Cary within about 45–50 minutes. Residents also enjoy quick drives to surrounding towns like Southern Pines and Apex, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and entertainment throughout the area.

Enjoy hassle-free living at South Park Village! Water and sewer services are conveniently billed monthly based on individual home metering and added right to your rent statement. Residents can easily set up electricity through Duke Energy and choose the internet speed that fits their lifestyle with flexible options from Spectrum or Kinetic by Windstream, both of which will be paid separately.

South Park Village is proudly located within the Lee County School District, serving J. Glenn Edwards Elementary School (K–5), East Lee Middle School (6–8), and Lee County High School (9–12).
